Making Christmas brighter for children who need it most.
Christmas should be a special time for every child, but for some families, providing presents alongside everyday living costs simply isn't possible.
The Toy Appeal brings local people, businesses and the wider community together to provide new gifts for children and young people who might otherwise go without.
What we did
Bringing people together.
The Toy Appeal brought together fundraising, gift donations and community support across Congleton and Stockport to help make Christmas brighter for local children and young people.
Volunteers joined Blue Spot to sort and wrap hundreds of presents, creating Christmas sacks filled with more than £100 worth of new gifts for each child supported.
Together, the campaign raised more than £10,000 and supported 98 children - showing what can happen when local people and businesses come together behind one cause.
